How long does the bundle take?

Around 90 minutes. That includes 30 minutes in the sauna and up to 1 hour in the mineral pools.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a towel, swimwear, and a water bottle.

Can I bring a friend later?

Yes! You can purchase either bundle online and bring a friend at your convenience.

How often should I do this?
